Gabe brings to the table 15+ years of experience serving the HVAC-R Service, Maintenance and Construction needs of Commercial Facilities in the NY Metro Area. With a special interest in Building Envelope and Commercial Interiors, Gabe works closely with Owners, General Contractors, Builders, Facility Managers and design teams to ensure projects deliver safely, on time and within budget and are built with quality, longevity and sustainability in mind.

Having over 15 years experience in the construction industry, Stratos’ background includes sales, construction,maintenance, retrofit, performance contracting, operations management and controls. Stratos has a great affinity for the HVAC/R industry and is focused on delivering practical and effective HVAC/R solutions to his clientele. Internally, Stratos delivers effective leadership to his team with a strong focus on our Core Values, Systems and Safety. During his career he has served a diverse client base that includes; commercial, Municipal, State, Defense, Federal government, data centers, hospitals, schools, colleges, ESCOs, property managers and owners.

Michael is a 4th Generation Engineer with over 40 years experience in Mechanical Contracting Specializing in HVAC and Industrial Refrigeration projects. He leads our estimating team in providing accurate, competitive bids for our clients and prospective clients.
